• Training App Access: You'll have exclusive access to a state-of-the-art training app that helps you track your workouts, meals, monitor your progress, and stay accountable. This technology provides convenience and motivation.

•Injury Prevention and Recovery Strategies: To ensure your safety and well-being. This includes warm-up and cool-down routines, mobility exercises, and guidance on proper rest and recovery.

• Weekly Check-Ins: We'll have weekly check-ins to closely monitor your progress, answer any questions, and make adjustments to the routine if needed. This level of support keeps you on track and motivated.

• Nutritional Guidance and Education: My program includes comprehensive nutritional guidance to improve your health and break free from yo-yo dieting. I simplify complex information and provide specific calorie counts, macronutrient ratios, and nutritional education to help you understand the impact of nutrition on your overall well-being.

• Grocery Lists and Recipes: You'll receive individualized tips for shopping and preparing nourishing meals. This empowers you to make healthier choices and incorporate them into your daily meals and snacks.

• Fine-Tuning Your Plan: We'll utilize your weekly check-ins, pictures, and measurements to fine-tune your nutrition and workout plan, ensuring optimal progress towards your desired outcomes.

• Habit Coaching: Our flagship program goes beyond fitness and nutrition. PowerFit - Strength Training

Includes:

•Support: I am available through the app, text, or email from Monday to Saturday to keep you motivated, on track, and help you avoid any potential pitfalls along the way.

NutriFit - Nutrition Coaching

10 weeks: $540

Designed to empower and guide you every step of the way, my program offers unparalleled support, knowledge, and a wealth of valuable resources to help you develop a sustainable and nourishing relationship with food that lasts a lifetime. 

Includes

• Weekly Check-ins: During the initial 3 weeks of the program, we have weekly check-ins to closely monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan. This allows us to understand how your body is responding to the dietary changes and make any necessary tweaks to optimize your results.

•Bi-weekly Check-ins: After the initial 3 weeks, we transition to bi-weekly check-ins. This allows you to continue on your journey independently while still benefiting from the knowledge and tools you've gained. These check-ins provide an opportunity for you to ask questions, receive guidance, and stay accountable to your goals.

• Specific Calorie Counts & Macronutrient Ratios: Your nutrition plan is tailored to your individual requirements, taking into consideration factors such as your body composition, activity level, and goals. I provide you with specific calorie counts and macronutrient ratios that are designed to support your unique needs and promote optimal health and performance.

• Nutritional Education: I believe in empowering you with knowledge and understanding about nutrition and its impact on your overall well-being. Throughout the program, we simplify complex information and provide educational resources to help you better understand the principles behind your nutrition plan. This knowledge equips you with the tools to make informed choices and sustain a healthy relationship with food for life.

• Grocery Lists and Recipes: As part of NutriFit, I provide individualized tips for shopping and preparing nourishing meals. This includes personalized grocery lists and recipes that align with your nutrition plan. By giving you practical guidance on food choices and meal preparation, we aim to provide you with a clearer understanding of how to incorporate healthy choices into your daily meals and snacks.

• Fine-tuning Your Plan: I understand that every individual is unique and may require adjustments along the way. To ensure optimal progress towards your desired outcomes, I use your weekly check-ins, pictures, and measurements to fine-tune your nutrition plan. This personalized approach allows us to adapt and refine your plan as needed, ensuring that it continues to align with your evolving needs and goals.

• Ongoing Support: Along with sending daily tips and a weekly newsletter, I make myself available through app/text/email Mon- Sat to keep you motivated and on track.

With Phlex, you'll receive fully customized strength training plans and continued nutrition support that is tailored to your unique needs. I will provide a weekly review of your progress, analyzing pictures, weigh-ins, and measurements to track your achievements. I believe in the power of progress, which is why I make adjustments to your program as needed, ensuring that you are always moving toward your evolving goals.
